Ensure smooth floor operations and maintain discipline and productivity. Supervise production workflow and allocate manpower as per daily targets. Maintain employee files, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.). Address employee grievances and promote a healthy workplace environment. Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene, and safety measures on the factory floor. Coordinate between production, quality, dispatch, and management teams.
