Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and manage the recruitment and selection process.
