Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing and supporting all HR-related activities including recruitment, employee relations, attendance and payroll coordination, performance management, training, and enforcing company policies. The role ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations and promotes a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment orders, and maintain candidate databases.
  • Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs.

2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Maintain attendance and leave records accurately.
  • Coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll processing.
  • Track employee working hours, overtime, and leave balances.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee queries, grievances, and conflicts professionally.
  • Foster a positive work environment through engagement activities.
  • Support disciplinary actions, warning letters, and documentation.

4. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
  • Manage statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Prepare HR reports for management review.

5. Training & Performance Management

  • Assist in organizing training sessions and skill development programs.
  • Support the performance appraisal process and maintain performance data.

6. Policy Implementation

  • Ensure all HR policies are followed consistently across departments.
  • Support management in developing and updating HR policies and SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role (for executive level).
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labour laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
