Job Position: HR Manager

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Employee Records:
  • · Maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handling employee conflicts.

Qualifications:

· Education: Min. Bachelor's degree in any field.

· Experience: Minimum of 9 to 10 years experience in an HR role.

· Skills:

· Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
