Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead the end-to-end HR operations, ensuring effective management of recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to management and play a key role in building a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Drive the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Payroll Management:
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintain employee records and manage salary revisions, incentives, and reimbursements.
• Employee Engagement:
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and implement employee retention initiatives.
• Statutory Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Liaise with external auditors and government departments for compliance-related matters.
• HR Operations & Policy:
• Manage HR documentation, employee database, and HRMS system.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

• MBA / Master’s in HR or related field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in HR generalist or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliances, and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,217.69 - ₹50,817.93 per month
