Role Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. The role demands a strategic yet hands-on professional who can build high-performing teams, drive HR best practices, and align people operations with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective employee performance management systems to ensure productivity and accountability.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee HR policies, compliance, and grievance management in line with organizational values.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and assist managers in employee development planning.
• Provide strategic HR insights to management for talent retention and succession planning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in recruitment and performance management, preferably in media/tech industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR systems, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
