Job Description: HR Manager
Position Overview The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and creating a healthy, productive work environment. The HR Manager acts as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, offers.Develop workforce planning strategies with department heads.
2. Employee Onboarding & OffboardingConduct onboarding, orientation, and training schedules for new hires.Ensure smooth exit processes, including documentation and exit interviews. 3. HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and payroll coordination.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.Create and update HR policies and handbooks. 4. Employee Relations & EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for employee issues and conflict resolution.Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building programs.Promote a positive work environment and open communication culture. 5. Performance ManagementImplement and monitor performance appraisal systems (monthly, quarterly, annual).Guide managers on goal-setting, feedback, and development plans. 6. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.Support leadership development and skill-building initiatives. 7. Strategic HR PlanningAnalyze HR metrics and present insights to management.Improve HR processes through automation, best practices, and innovation.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).312 years of experience in HR management or generalist roles.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and recruitment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
