Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing human resource policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role oversees the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager plays a critical role in shaping the company culture and supporting the organization’s growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process including job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide support in managing employee evaluations and feedback.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement and relations initiatives.
  • Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Administer compensation and benefits plans in coordination with the finance department.
  • Identify and implement training and development programs for employee growth and skill enhancement.
  • Maintain HR records and reports, including employee data, payroll information, and training logs.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (typically 5+ years).
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software
  • MBA mandatory; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM) are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
