Job Description

Responsibilities of Human Resources (HR)

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Identifying hiring needs in coordination with department heads.
  • Creating and posting job descriptions.
  • Screening applications, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
  • Coordinating onboarding and orientation processes

Employee Records Management

  • Maintaining up-to-date personnel files (digital and physical).
  • Managing employee data confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.

Payroll Administration

  • Processing monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Performance Management

  • Assisting in setting performance goals and KPIs.
  • Coordinating annual/quarterly performance appraisals.
  • Supporting managers in employee feedback and improvement plans.

Training & Development

  • Identifying skill gaps and training needs.
  • Organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
  • Maintaining records of employee development programs.

Policy Development & Compliance

  • Drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring legal compliance with labor and employment laws.
  • Updating policies in line with regulatory or organizational changes.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Fostering a positive work culture through team-building activities.
  • Addressing employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Supporting internal communication and feedback channels.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitoring employee attendance and punctuality.
  • Managing leave applications, approvals, and records.
  • Ensuring leave policy compliance.

Exit Management

  • Handling resignation, termination, and retirement procedures.
  • Conducting exit interviews and processing full & final settlements.
  • Ensuring knowledge transfer and asset recovery.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Preparing reports on headcount, attrition, recruitment status, etc.
  • Analyzing trends to support workforce planning and decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
