Role Overview


We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.

• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.

• Assist in planning employee engagement activities and training programs.

• Handle HR-related queries from employees with professionalism.

• Prepare HR reports, letters, and basic documentation.

• Contribute to improving HR processes and overall organizational efficiency.


Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related fields.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Positive attitude, confidentiality, and professionalism.

• Willingness to learn and contribute to HR operations.
