Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our growing HR operations. This internship provides handsnon exposure to recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and people management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment: sourcing profiles, screening resumes, coordinating interviews.Assist with remote onboarding and orientation of new team members.Maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, and documentation.Help plan and execute virtual employee engagement activities.Coordinate training sessions, collect attendance, and gather feedback.Handle basic HR communication and respond to general HR inquiries.Prepare simple reports, trackers, and presentations for the HR team.Skills & QualificationsPursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organization, time-management, and multitasking abilities.Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.Eagerness to learn and take initiative.What You Will GainPractical exposure to multiple HR verticals in a health-tech startup.Experience coordinating remote teams and virtual HR processes.Opportunity to closely observe HR decision-making in a startup.Internship completion certificateLOR ( based on performance)
