HR Intern

Job Title: HR Intern (Recruitment)
Location: Hyderabad
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹8,000 per month (Fixed)

About the Role

SEOAK Innovations is looking for a proactive and motivated HR Intern to support our recruitment and hiring process. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in HR, specifically in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial telephonic rounds and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Assist in onboarding processes and documentation.
• Support HR team in day-to-day operations whenever required.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR specialization preferred, but not mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in hiring and talent acquisition.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and maintain professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
