As a Business Development Manager (BDM) in Bhubaneswar, India, you will play a crucial role in driving B2B sales and partnerships with corporates, colleges, and universities. Your responsibilities will be purely target-based, where you can earn 5-10% of the total sales achieved each month. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual who excels in a performance-driven environment and is eager to elevate revenue from the ground up. Your primary focus will be on two key areas: Corporate Wellness Programs & Partnerships: You will target HR heads, corporate leaders, and decision-makers to introduce wellness programs. By developing customized B2B wellness packages based on employee needs, you will nurture long-term relationships to enhance corporate client retention and engagement. Your role will also involve working on employee wellness initiatives, workshops, and corporate training programs. College & University Tie-ups: Engage with college administration, placement cells, and student welfare departments to offer wellness programs. Customize student wellness and skill-building programs and establish enduring partnerships with universities to drive consistent revenue. You will be responsible for organizing seminars, awareness campaigns, and student engagement activities. Your responsibilities will also include achieving monthly sales targets, implementing lead generation strategies, and enhancing revenue growth through strategic partnerships. By monitoring market trends and competitor activities, you will refine the sales strategy to ensure continued success. Furthermore, you will represent the company at corporate events, networking forums, and industry meetups. Cultivate relationships with business leaders, HR managers, and institutional heads through value-driven presentations. Create brand awareness through offline engagement and word-of-mouth marketing. To excel in this role, you should possess 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or institutional tie-ups. A proven track record in corporate and institutional partnerships, strong networking skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, coupled with a strong local network in Bhubaneswar, are must-haves.
