What You'll Do

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized HR Interntosupport our internal operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations and administrative responsibilities, including documentation, compliance, employee coordination, and office support.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in HR processes and organizational administration in a structured and professional environment.

What You Will Work On

Human Resources Operations:

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and personnel files.

• Assist the recruitment team in interview co-ordination.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.

• Assist in compiling monthly HR reports and data analysis and presenting to Department Head.

• Handle documentation for background verification and ID creation.

• Co-ordinating Employee Engagement programs for all regions.

• Coordinate for insurance, health check-ups, ID cards, and other employee benefits.

• Travel locally to assist with government documentation, PF/ESIC offices, or banking formalities.

• Ensure compliance with HR processes and assist during audits and appraisal cycles.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of vendor bills and prepare them for approval.

• Provide general assistance to employees, visitors, and clients as needed.

• Support logistics for meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.

• Travel locally when required for documentation, vendor coordination, or operational needs.

Requirements:·

. Master’s degree in Human Resource Management
· 0-1 years of experience in Human Resource.· Familiarity with social networks and professional sites.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Must be a strong self-motivated team player who will demonstrate and drive initiatives· Must have a positive, empathetic and professional approach· Excellent verbal and written communications skills· Trustworthy, honest & punctual· Smart & presentable

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
