Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and support various human resources functions. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to core HR operations and people practices in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support in employee onboarding and documentation.
Help maintain and update HR records and databases.
Coordinate HR activities such as internal sessions, engagement events, and celebrations.
Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and reports.
Conduct basic research on HR trends, tools, and best practices.
Provide day-to-day support to the People & Culture team.

Who Can Apply

MBA students (HR specialization preferred) or recent graduates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
