HR Internship at Meena Bazaar
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (On-site)Duration: 3–6 Months

About the Role
Kickstart your HR career with hands-on learning at Meena Bazaar – one of India’s leading ethnic wear brands. As an HR Intern, you will get the opportunity to work on real projects, interact with employees, and understand how HR functions in a growing retail organization.

What You’ll Do

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per role requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track application status.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Who Can Apply?

Students or fresh graduates from HR/Management background.
Good communication & people skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
