Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Intern

to support the HR team in various administrative and coordination tasks. This internship will offer hands-on exposure to key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, and compliance, with learning opportunities in a fast-growing food & beverage organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

sourcing and screening resumes

for entry-level and frontline positions.Support the

onboarding process

by collecting documents, preparing induction kits, and scheduling induction sessions.Help maintain

HR records

, files, and employee databases.Coordinate and update

attendance and leave tracking sheets

.Assist in

coordinating interviews

and following up with candidates and hiring managers.Support HR initiatives like

employee engagement activities

, birthday celebrations, and rewards programs.Help draft basic

HR letters

– Offer letters, Internship letters, etc.Assist in maintaining compliance with

labour laws and HR policies

.Participate in special HR projects as assigned by the manager.

Eligibility / Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed

MBA / BBA / PGDM in HR

or related field.Strong interest in Human Resources, especially in the hospitality or F&B industry.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.A quick learner with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Duration

6 months (can be extended or converted to full-time based on performance)
