Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Food Technologist to join our production unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing food processing operations, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and contributing to product innovation. Key Responsibilities :Monitor and optimize food processing and packaging operations to improve efficiency and consistency. Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in compliance with FSSAI regulations. Assist in the research, development, and testing of new food products and formulations. Conduct shelf-life studies, sensory evaluations, and product trials. Identify and troubleshoot quality or process-related issues, implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain documentation for QA/QC checks, SOPs, and regulatory records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and supply chain.
