Job Description

Are you passionate about natural foods and quality innovation? Fresh burst is looking for a talented Food Technologist to lead our product quality and formulation standards! We are a fast-growing brand focused on 100% natural, cold-pressed juices - no sugar, no preservatives, pure nutrition.

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

Experience: 1-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and standardize juice formulations (single fruit & blends).
Quality Assurance: Monitor taste, freshness, and shelf-life stability.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP standards.
Process Control: Optimize production process to retain maximum nutrition.
Documentation: Maintain batch records, SOPs, and conduct vendor quality checks.

Qualifications:

B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Food technology or Food Science.
Knowledge of Cold-Pressed processing is a huge plus!
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and lab testing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
