Designation :Senior Manager Franchisee Operation Key Responsibilities: Franchise Relationship Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships with franchise partners to drive engagement, loyalty, and business performance. Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support to franchisees on operations, compliance and marketing to ensure adherence to company standards and SOPs. Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor store KPIs (sales, customer experience, inventory, etc.) and support franchisees in implementing action plans for improvement. Training & Development: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure franchisees and their staff receive ongoing training and upskilling as per brand requirements. Compliance & Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. Issue Resolution: Act as a first line of escalation to address and resolve franchisee concerns, conflicts, or operational issues in a timely manner. Reports & Data Prepare weekly report on sales and return data and conduct a weekly presentation to the management on the outlets performance. Delegation & Evaluation Assign daily/weekly tasks to FRMs and monitor and conduct reviews for their respective cluster outlets.
