Job Summary:

Codebrucke Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources operations. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
• Maintain and update HR records and employee databases.
• Coordinate employee engagement and HR events.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation in HR / Management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
