HR Intern

You will be joining Bilivin Education's team as an enthusiastic HR Intern. Here is what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** As an HR Intern at Bilivin Education, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions. You will be involved in various responsibilities related to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operational tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews. - Maintain candidate databases and update ATS/HR records. - Support in onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings. - Coordinate with employees for documentation, attendance, and leave management. - Support HR team in employee engagement initiatives and events. - Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks and provide admin support where required. **Qualifications Required:** - Pursuing or recently completed MBA/BBA/PGDM in HR or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will gain: - Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement. - Exposure to HR processes in a dynamic education sector environment. - Certificate of Internship & potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance. Please note that this is an internship position with a contract length of 6 months. The work location is in person at Kalyan, Maharashtra, with timings from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM from Monday to Saturday.,
