This internship is ideal for BBA students or graduates looking to build practical HR experience. 📝 Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding formalities and maintain employee files and documentation. Update and manage HR databases, attendance, and leave records. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication. Provide support in HR compliance and general administrative tasks. Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with the HR team. 🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications BBA (Completed) – specialization in HR preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
