This is a 3-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) program where you will gain hands-on HR experience, learn core HR functions, and work closely with our internal HR team. Candidates from any educational background are welcome — ideal for those looking for a career change into HR. Key Responsibilities: Learn and support day-to-day HR operations during the OJT program. Assist in recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Support onboarding processes and documentation. Maintain HR databases and update candidate/employee records. Learn HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement practices. Collaborate with internal teams to understand business and HR requirements. Demonstrate consistent performance, discipline, and willingness to learn. Training Details: Duration: 3 Months Training Responsibility: Shared (Mutual) – company will provide structured training; trainee must actively participate and learn. Certification: Certificate of Completion upon successful OJT. Performance-based reference to other companies if not absorbed. Stipend & Compensation: Monthly Stipend: Based on performance (regular stipend; performance must be visible). Compensation follows a pay-per-work model during OJT.
