Role Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to support our talent acquisition and workforce development initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity to learn recruitment, candidate engagement, and HR operations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups
Post job openings across platforms like Internshala, LinkedIn, and job boards
Maintain candidate databases and ensure up-to-date records
Coordinate interviews and feedback with internal teams
Support onboarding processes and orientation activities
Work closely with mentors to improve hiring strategies and process efficiency
Contribute to employer branding efforts and outreach campaigns
Skills We Value
Excellent communication (English proficiency is a must)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Interest in recruitment, HR tech, or people operations
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals
Self-motivated with a learning mindset
Bonus: Experience with ATS or CRM tools is a plus

Employment Type: OJT with opportunity for full-time conversion
About the Role: We are hiring passionate individuals interested in building a career in Human Resources. This is a 3-month On-the-Job Training (OJT) program where you will gain hands-on HR experience, learn core HR functions, and work closely with our internal HR team.
Candidates from any educational background are welcome — ideal for those looking for a career change into HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and support day-to-day HR operations during the OJT program.
Assist in recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding processes and documentation.
Maintain HR databases and update candidate/employee records.
Learn HR policies, compliance, and employee engagement practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business and HR requirements.
Demonstrate consistent performance, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Training Details:
Duration: 3 Months
Training Responsibility: Shared (Mutual) – company will provide structured training; trainee must actively participate and learn.
Certification:
Certificate of Completion upon successful OJT.
Performance-based reference to other companies if not absorbed.
Stipend & Compensation:
Monthly Stipend: Based on performance (regular stipend; performance must be visible).
Compensation follows a pay-per-work model during OJT.
Full-Time Conversion Opportunity: Candidates who complete the OJT and demonstrate satisfactory performance may be offered a full-time HR position with ONEQIK.
