Job Title: Accountant Location: Mysuru, Karnataka Company Type: USA–India Joint Venture Company Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are urgently seeking a skilled Accountant to join our finance team in Mysuru. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of company accounting practices and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies. Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as required. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Support the finance department in process improvements and reporting tasks. Required Qualifications: Education: B.Com / B.A. (Finance) or equivalent qualification. Experience: Prior experience in company accounting is essential (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar). Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Salary: Salary will be as per market standards and based on experience and skill level.
