HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and payroll coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new joiners.
• Assist in attendance tracking and payroll coordination.
• Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
• Handle basic employee queries and provide HR support.

Requirements :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
