HR Intern

You will be joining Bilivin Education as an HR Intern, where you will get the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews. - Maintaining candidate databases and updating ATS/HR records. - Supporting in onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Assisting in drafting job descriptions and job postings. - Coordinating with employees for documentation, attendance, and leave management. - Supporting the HR team in employee engagement initiatives and events. - Handling day-to-day HR operational tasks and providing admin support where required. To qualify for this role, you should be pursuing or recently completed an MBA/BBA/PGDM in HR or related field. Additionally, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment. In return, you can expect to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement. You will also have exposure to HR processes in a dynamic education sector environment. Furthermore, based on your performance, you may receive a Certificate of Internship & potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). Please note that this is an Internship opportunity with a contract length of 6 months, and the work location is in person at Kalyan, Maharashtra.,
