As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Interns to support our people operations, employee engagement, and recruitment processes, ensuring a strong culture and smooth HR function. Role Overview We are looking for an HR Intern to support our finance-driven HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, compliance, and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn HR processes in a regulated fintech environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers. Support onboarding and documentation for new employees. Maintain HR records and compliance-related employee data. Help with HR operations such as attendance, leave tracking, and performance review support. Help in organizing employee engagement activities. Work on employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, career page updates). Skills & Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation BBA/ MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Strong communication and organizational skills.
