Metablock Technologies is looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, policy support, and people management practices.

• Assist in sourcing, screening & scheduling candidates
• Support onboarding & documentation processes
• Maintain employee records & HR databases
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Prepare reports & assist in HR operations

Key Skills:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Organizational & multitasking ability
• Basic knowledge of HR practices
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
