Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you’ll support day-to-day HR activities including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining HR documentation. You’ll gain hands-on experience with recruitment tools, HR platforms, and internal communication workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for technical and non-technical roles
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update HR databases and documentation
• Support onboarding and induction processes
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and feedback collection
• Help draft job descriptions and internship postings across platforms

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)
• Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
