About The Opportunity

A fast-paced organisation operating in the Digital Marketing & Creative Services sector, delivering web, social and growth solutions to startups and enterprise clients across India. We blend data-driven marketing, design and product work to drive measurable outcomes for clients.We are hiring an on-site Human Resources Intern to join our HR team in India. This is a hands-on role supporting full-cycle HR operations, recruitment and employee experience—ideal for candidates seeking practical exposure to talent acquisition and HR operations in a high-growth digital environment.Role & Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end hiring: draft job ads, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communications.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes—prepare documentation, coordinate system access, and run induction sessions.
  • Maintain HRIS and employee records with accuracy and strict confidentiality; update master data and generate routine reports.
  • Assist payroll and benefits administration by collecting data, verifying timesheets/attendance, and liaising with payroll partners.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives—help plan events, run pulse surveys, and support recognition programs.
  • Research basic compliance matters and support documentation for Indian labour law requirements and internal HR policies.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Commerce, Psychology or related field.
  • 0–1 year of prior internship or administrative experience in HR or talent acquisition.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Workspace; strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Available for full-time, on-site internship in India and keen to work in a fast-paced team environment.
