Job Title: Head of Human Resources (HR Head) Location: Pune Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Head of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall business goals. This role oversees all aspects of human resource practices and processes, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and culture building. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and long-term goals. Partner with senior leadership to identify workforce planning and organizational development needs. Lead change management initiatives and promote a high-performance culture. Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. Design and implement succession planning, career development, and internal mobility frameworks. Performance & Compensation Management: Establish performance management systems and ensure consistent application across the organization. Lead the design of competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent. Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Lead employee engagement initiatives and act on feedback to improve morale and productivity. Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Update HR policies and procedures as needed and educate staff accordingly. Learning & Development: Identify training needs and implement programs that build employee Qualifications & Skills:  Master’s degree in Human Resources. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and organizational development. Proven leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
