Role Overview

Grandbull Projects LLP is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead and manage the complete HR function across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to financial services, proven capability in managing multiple verticals, and hands-on expertise in policy creation, compliance, operations support, and sales team development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR operations across finance, sales, operations, and support verticals

Design, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks

Handle organizational structuring, manpower planning, and workforce optimization

Manage recruitment strategy for leadership, sales, and operational roles

Oversee training & development, with strong involvement in sales training, onboarding, and performance coaching

Establish KRA/KPI frameworks, appraisal systems, and incentive structures

Ensure compliance with statutory laws, labor regulations, and internal audits

Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture building

Handle HR documentation, contracts, disciplinary procedures, and grievance management

Act as a strategic partner to leadership for business growth and people planning

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of financial services & sales-driven organizations

Proven experience in managing multi-vertical HR operations

Expertise in policy drafting, documentation, and compliance

Hands-on exposure to sales training & performance management

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to align HR strategy with business objectives

Preferred Candidate Profile

12–15+ years of HR leadership experience

Prior experience in investment, wealth management, brokerage, or fintech preferred

Experience working closely with sales and operations teams

Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
