Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the company's operations, recruiting, learning and development, employee engagement, and performance management programs. Your main duties will include implementing performance review procedures, developing fair HR policies, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating learning and development initiatives, managing employee grievances, overseeing HR department operations, creating job descriptions, managing HR activities, assisting in the recruitment process, handling new employee orientation and exit process, managing employees" data, and overseeing end-to-end recruitment. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field, at least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, prior experience with HRMS, knowledge of the HR cycle, ability to work as part of a team, efficient time management skills, leadership skills, and strong work ethics. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Preferred qualifications include 1 year of experience in HR and proficiency in English. The work location is in person.,
