Job Title: HR Executive (Female)Location: MumbaiExperience: 2 YearsQualification: Bachelor’s Degree (in HR, Business Administration, or related field)Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per monthJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive (Female) to join our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking. Handle employee queries and ensure a positive workplace environment. Support in performance appraisal and training coordination. Prepare HR reports and assist in policy implementation. Organize employee engagement activities and HR events. Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of HR functions and labor laws. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
