Job Title: Front Desk Executive Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month Experience: 2–5 Years Gender: Female Job Description: We are seeking a well-presented and professional Front Desk Executive to manage reception duties and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and prior front office experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs Handle incoming/outgoing mail and couriers Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support Assist in day-to-day office management tasks Requirements: 2–5 years of experience as a receptionist/front desk executive Good communication in English and Hindi Proficient in MS Office and office equipment (printer, phone system, etc.) Polite, presentable, and well-organized Ability to multitask and handle front office independently
