Key Responsibilities:

NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) Management:

• End-to-end management of NAPS, including registration, documentation, and compliance.
• Coordinate with government bodies and apprenticeship training providers.
• Ensure timely enrolment and stipend disbursement for apprentices.
• Maintain records of apprentices and ensure adherence to government guidelines.

Contract Manpower Handling:

• Manage contract manpower planning, recruitment, and deployment as per business needs.
• Liaise with contractors/vendors for hiring, payroll, and compliance management.
• Monitor attendance, wages, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.) of contract workers.
• Ensure labor law compliance and maintain proper documentation.
• Address grievances and resolve disputes related to contract labor.

HR Operations & Employee Engagement:

• Support HR policies related to contract manpower and apprentices.
• Conduct induction, training, and skill development programs.
• Implement welfare initiatives for apprentices and contract workers.
• Work on workforce retention and motivation strategies.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare periodic reports on manpower utilization, cost, and compliance.
• Maintain agreements, attendance records, and payroll documentation.
• Track NAPS benefits and liaise with government departments for updates.
