Job Description: As an HR professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and implementation of key HR initiatives to make our organization an Employer of Choice. You will collaborate with the Head of HR to execute the HR business plan/strategy, integrating change into the daily operations and organizational culture to foster a performance-driven environment. Your responsibilities will include continuously reviewing and enhancing HR policies to strengthen the organizational culture. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing solutions to enhance retention strategies and address capability gaps through a combination of internal and external resources such as development programs, resourcing, training, and innovative experiential opportunities. Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing objectives are met will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Support in planning and implementing key HR initiatives - Work with Head HR to execute HR business plan/strategy - Review and improve HR policies to reinforce organizational culture - Develop solutions for retention strategies and capability gaps - Maintain relationships with internal and external clients Qualifications Required: - MBA or B.Tech (CS/IT) with relevant experience - Strong time management skills - Ability to multitask effectively - Demonstrated negotiation abilities - Proficiency in change management practices Please note that all openings require physical interviews and technical tests in Ranchi.
