Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in sales team performance management. This on-site role is based in Irumbuppalam, Kollam, and focuses on enhancing workforce efficiency, driving effective recruitment, ensuring compliance, and strengthening sales performance through structured HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective performance management frameworks with a focus on sales team productivity and targets.
• Conduct performance appraisals, maintain performance records, and facilitate goal-setting and analytics-driven insights.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for sales and non-technical roles.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, Gratuity, and labor laws, and coordinate audits.
• Maintain complete employee documentation and manage HRMS for attendance and payroll inputs.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning & development programs for sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 1 year in performance management.
• Strong skills in Excel, HRMS platforms, and compliance management.
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates must be from Kollam district or willing to commute daily to Irumbuppalam.
• Knowledge of Kerala labor laws and regional HR practices will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
