Job Description

Role Overview: As a highly capable and experienced HR Generalist, you will have a strong understanding of various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and talent acquisition. Your primary responsibility will involve handling end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee records and HR documentation, and assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be coordinating performance management processes, resolving employee grievances, supporting training programs, overseeing employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes - Manage employee records and HR documentation - Assist in developing HR policies and procedures - Coordinate performance management processes - Resolve employee grievances - Support training programs - Oversee employee engagement activities - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies - Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and employee analytics - Liaise with department heads for manpower planning - Contribute to the overall efficiency of the HR department Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred) - 4 to 5 years of relevant HR experience - Good understanding of labor laws, HR practices, and employee engagement - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - Hands-on experience with HR software and MS Office tools - Strong problem-solving and conflict management abilities - Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS tools - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Strong ethical standards and integrity (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description.),
