As an Associate HR Executive at E2logy, a leading IT services company based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, you will play a crucial role in managing core HR functions. With 0.6 to 1 years of HR experience, you will independently handle recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and documentation. Your proactive and organized approach will contribute to creating a positive and efficient workplace environment in the fast-paced IT/software industry. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, conducting HR interviews, managing onboarding and documentation processes, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and coordinating employee engagement activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling leave, attendance, and health insurance processes, generating HR reports for leadership review, and contributing to drafting HR policies and guidelines. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools is required. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments and levels will be beneficial. Preferred skills include experience with HR platforms like Zoho Recruit or Zoho People, exposure to training coordination and performance management processes, and the ability to contribute to internal projects for process improvements and policy enhancements. An understanding of AI tools is considered an advantage.
