Job Title: HR Recruiter OR Administrator BPO

Location: Mohali, Punjab

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter OR Administrator to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO processes and oversee office administration. The ideal candidate should have strong hiring skills for bulk and niche BPO roles, excellent coordination abilities, and solid administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for BPO roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle bulk hiring for voice/non-voice processes.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, social networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct HR rounds, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure hiring targets are met.

2. HR Operations

  • Coordinate onboarding formalities, documentation, and employee induction.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Assist with performance appraisal processes.

3. Administration & Office Management

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as housekeeping, security, and IT coordination.
  • Support payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, and shift schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in HR recruitment and administration (BPO experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of hiring for BPO (voice, non-voice, support roles).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, social media hiring, and recruitment tools.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, documentation, and basic labor compliance.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
