About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Fresher and Experienced Tele calling Executives to join our growing team in Mohali, Sector 67. The role involves outbound/inbound calling, assisting customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Achieve daily/weekly calling.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Hindi or Punjabi (mandatory).
Basic understanding of customer handling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge.

Eligibility

Education: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience: Freshers and experienced both can apply.
