Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

Any graduates

Qualification / Skills:

· Minimum 0-1 year experience as Tele caller/Telemarketing Executive (Agri industry preferred)

· Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

· Ability to understand and explain agricultural products and solutions

· Positive attitude, patience, and strong customer-handling ability

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to farmers, retailers, and distributors to promote bio-fertilizer products

· Explain product benefits, usage, pricing, and offers clearly and convincingly

· Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for the field sales team

· Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel)

· Handle inbound queries related to products, orders and usage guidance

· Share details of new product launches, schemes, and promotions

· Achieve daily/weekly call targets and lead-generation goals

· Provide customer feedback to the sales and product development team

· Build positive relationships with potential and existing customers
