Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting product demos, and driving sales growth for our SaaS-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous communication tone at all times.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or support.
• Follow scripts, guidelines, and processes during calls.
• Record customer information, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM/system.
• Follow up with customers on pending queries or leads as required.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and performance goals.
• Coordinate with the sales or support team for smooth customer handling.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
