HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT recruitment, HR operations, attendance management, and generalist responsibilities. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and supporting day-to-day HR functions. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical and non-technical requirements. Build a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Ensure timely closure of positions with the right talent fit. HR Operations & Generalist Activities Maintain and monitor attendance, leave records, and employee database (HRIS/Excel/Software). Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, letters, and documents. Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner. Employee Engagement & Development Conduct new employee inductions and ensure smooth onboarding. Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events. Support performance management processes and appraisals. Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values. Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment and HR generalist functions. Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
