Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to provide timely and effective support for our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing client queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior knowledge of CRM systems will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via email, chat, or phone. Respond to and resolve customer queries related to our software products in a professional and timely manner. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level teams when required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support system. Collaborate with internal teams (product, development, QA) to report recurring issues and suggest improvements. Ensure adherence to SLA response and resolution times. Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles and FAQs. Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in technical support/helpdesk/customer support roles, preferably for software products. Good understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
