Job Description – Technical Support Executive

Location: Noida

Eligibility Criteria:- Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support (Voice Process preferred).-

• Strong knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting skills in: •
• LAN / WAN • Wireless networks • Cables / Modems / Routers- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.-
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Provide voice-based technical support to international customers.-
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, modems, and network connectivity.-
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to ensure problem resolution.- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams.-
• Maintain call logs, update CRM, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Salary & Benefits:- Maximum Take-home: Up to 38,000 (In-hand).
