Job Title: Customer Success Associate Location: Work From Office Industry: Insurance (Health, Motor & Life) Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are hiring Customer Success Associates to connect with interested leads and help them choose the right insurance products. This is a domestic, outbound voice process role. Key Responsibilities: Call and assist potential customers with insurance product details Explain benefits and help them choose the right plan Maintain excellent communication and service quality Requirements: Good communication in English and Hindi No MTI/RTI or grammar/pronunciation errors Graduate from any stream Freshers and experienced candidates welcome Preference for candidates with insurance or sales experience Interview Rounds: HR Round Versant (English test) Written Assessment Operations Round Client Round (Final) Job Details: Salary: ₹25,000 CTC (Freshers) | Up to ₹35,000 CTC (Experienced) Shifts: Rotational (Females till 8 PM only) Working Days: 6 days a week Languages Required: English & Hindi Interview Mode: Face to Face Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Rotational shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Do you have experience in insurance or sales acumen?
