Outbound calling to potential customers interested in insurance products
Understanding customer needs and offering suitable Health, Motor, or Life insurance
options
Ensuring a high-quality customer experience through effective communication
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
ACTUALRESOURCE
Excellent verbal communication in English & Hindi
No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence)
Clear grammar and pronunciation (English)
Sales acumen and a customer-focused attitude
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
Insurance background preferred
SALARY STRUCTURE
Freshers Experienced Up to ₹25,000 CTC in hand 21500.
Up to ₹35,000 CTC (based on last drawn salary)
Shift Details:
6 days working with rotational shifts
Females: Day shift (up to 8 PM)
Males: Full rotational shift
